Responsibilities
As a Principal PM Manager at Skype
You will be responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
You will work closely with a team of engineers, designers, researchers, marketers, and others in a fast-paced environment to deliver impactful and delightful user experiences
You will also collaborate with teams across the whole Microsoft to bring in the latest technology and ensure that Skype meets the needs and expectations of our diverse and global user base
You will model/coach/care the PM team to bring both product and team to the next level
Qualifications
Previous experience in product management role for 10 yrs+ Proven track record of experimenting, launching and scaling successful products
High level of creativity, curiosity, and initiative
Ability to handle ambiguity and change, switching from details to the global picture
Interest in understanding the communications market, user needs, and competitive landscape
Data-informed and user-centric approach to product development
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Strong people management skills for talented team members
Previous experience in similar domains will be a plus
