  The Intuit Identity & Customer 360 Platform is a critical part of Intuit's future success! Our team is responsible for enabling the Intuit identity ecosystem, a common platform for all Intuit product experiences and partners. Identity is at the center of enabling Intuit's "One Ecosystem" vision and Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity around the World". We are currently looking for a strategic, analytical, motivated, technology-oriented product manager to work on making identity and authentication seamless and secure.

  In this role, you will put the needs of Intuit customers first (consumers; small-business owners; self-employed; and professionals such as accountants), and will challenge the status quo. Our Identity and Customer 360 platform consists of both user facing native and web experiences and the underlying platform & services that enable creation and access to Intuit accounts. You will manage our existing feature-set and KPIs while helping create & deliver the future strategy, roadmap, and features that will take our platform to a whole new level.

  What you'll bring

  8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a related fieldStrong understanding of identity, authentication and security concepts including federated identity, single sign on, multi-factor authentication, ID proofing and industry standards such as OpenID Connect/OAuth, FIDO, and NIST 800-63 security frameworksAbility to partner with data analytics to size the business opportunity, create experiments, and interpret A/B tests to make sound business decisionsStrong problem-solving abilities; you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really mattersFamiliarity with the Lean Startup Model to rapidly validate product/feature hypothesisExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to influence people at all levels and disciplines (executives, peer product managers, engineers, designers, analyst, program managers) regarding product vision, roadmap, priorities and trade-offs.Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to take on stretch goals in a fast paced and innovative environment with rapidly changing prioritiesNice to have:Previous experience as an developer

  How you will lead

  Support your cross functional product management team to build a roadmap that supports Intuit's business imperatives (big bets) and your internal and external business partners.Work in close collaboration with other PMs and partner disciplines such as program managers, designers, development teams, legal, marketing, etc... to gather their early feedback around new Identity & Authentication scenarios and requirements; secure their buy-in; and ensure smooth executionDeliver high quality product requirements that capture an impactful scope of work with clear KPIs/metrics that are tracked and optimized to meet your feature goalsFeatures are delivered on time, and with quality. Willing to step-up and "do whatever it takes" (no job too small, or too big) to get things done
