About the role: The Principal Product Manager, CRM Conduction System Pacing, will support the development and launch of an exciting portfolio of products within Cardiac Rhythm Management. This role has upstream and commercial product line responsibility for Conduction System Pacing, an area of significant growth within the CRM franchise. The successful candidate will have extensive product marketing experience and a good understanding of the Cardiac Rhythm Management space. As a Principal Product Manager, this team member is expected to demonstrate exceptional marketing skills and to impact the broader organization by using their expertise and influence to advance our CRM business objectives. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Arden Hills, MN office. Your responsibilities will include: Initiate new approaches to key business challenges and opportunities as we pursue a leadership position in Conduction System Pacing (CSP). Use advanced marketing capabilities to drive the most complex, high impact projects to successful completion. Identify and quantify new market opportunities to drive BSC's strategic direction in CSP. Serve as a clinical and functional expert to external and internal customers and the broader organization on CSP: a "go-to" person for guidance, insight and questions. Develop and leverage relationships with US sales teams, and key cross-functional partners including supply chain, sales operations, project management, and finance. Partner with regional marketing teams on CSP portfolio development and commercial activities to ensure business decisions reflect global inputs. Represent CRM and our CSP portfolio in customer engagements including tradeshows, advisory boards, field visits, and on-campus customer meetings. Support key opinion leader relationships. Mentor less experienced Marketing colleagues in developing functional and leadership skills. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional experience At least 3 years of medical marketing or medical device experience Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creation of compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentations Demonstrated track record building relationships in a dynamic, matrixed environment Ability to travel up to 20-30% (domestic and international) Preferred qualifications: MBA or other advanced degree Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management products and customers, ideally with Conduction System Pacing Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and apply creative problem-solving Experience engaging top global KOLs in clinical discussions Requisition ID:575965 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
