  The Opportunity

  Are you looking for an opportunity to put your passion of data science into use every single day? We are seeking a hardworking, experienced Product Manager to join our Adobe Journey Optimizer team. In this role you will focus on providing customers compelling solutions that use AI & Machine Learning to drive business performance.

  What You'll Do

  Define and deliver the strategy and product roadmap for decisioning and ranking services in Adobe Journey Optimizer.Work closely with Scientists, Researchers, Engineers, Designers and Product Managers to conceptualize, prototype, and validate new features.Translate customer feedback and sophisticated workflows into prioritized product requirements with detailed use cases.Use business evaluations and market analysis to scale and innovate over iterative releases.Present product strategy, features, and concepts to key influencers, senior leadership, and customers.Partner with marketing and sales to develop customer presentations, product documentation, and other content assets to bring features to market.

  What You Will Need to Succeed

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate ideas, business rationale and implications to a variety of audiences.Ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.Prior experience with personalization and optimization product development is preferred.A technical background or degree in AI & Machine Learning is required.5-8 years' experience in a product management role with experience in B2C, customer journeys, and marketing automation.MBA preferred or equivalent business experience.

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $138,300 -- $256,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

  At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

  In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
