About Principal, Management Consulting, Travel & Hospitality

  Description

  As a Principal in our Travel & Hospitality Practice, you will actively participate in the growth and development of the Management Consulting practice at Publicis Sapient. Your role will focus on shaping goal- oriented Digital Business Transformations for our clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages of

  these transformations. You will work in multidisciplinary teams comprised of management consultants, creative and experience strategists, as well as technology engineers.

  • Lead large teams to deliver value-accretive business strategy and transformation

  • Actively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the strategy consulting team: support

  recruiting process, define ways of working, contribute thought leadership

  • Effectively manages team to produce quality client recommendations

  Pay Range: $155,000 - $303,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
