  The PXT Academy (PXTA) vision is to build world-class Global Operations HR professionals by unlocking their potential to face challenges today and those in the future. We curate, build, and deliver proven learning content and solutions to create a consistent learner experience that empowers PXT to maintain a high-bar, mitigate risk, deliver on-the-job service excellence, and become strategic partners to the business. Our goal is to accelerate capability building across our customers through a combination of education, experience, and exposure.

  We are seeking a Principal, Learning Delivery Experience to lead and own the delivery of learning programs via online/virtual and in-person instruction, globally, to support the ongoing professional development of PXT. This role plays a pivotal role to ensure the highest standards in learning delivery and participant experience are achieved. Through your deep knowledge of Ops PXT and firsthand experience delivering learning programs to a diverse audience of field and corporate PXT professionals (L3-L8), you will recruit, train, schedule, coach, and celebrate the contributions of a field and corporate-based pool of PXT professionals who volunteer their time as a facilitator for PXT Academy (i.e., “Facilitator Cadre”). Stakeholder management and building relationships with senior leaders across the business will be required to build awareness of the ongoing needs for facilitation support (whether on a volunteer basis or short-term assignment) in order to build-up and maintain the cadre who delivers 300+ courses across NA, EU and RoW regions annually. You too will facilitate courses (virtual and in-person), globally, for marquee programs within PXT Academy, such as: Situational Leadership, Coaching and Multiplying Talent, HR Foundations, DiSC, ER-WIXE Investigations training, among others. You will also engage with the PXTA team on new program pilot delivery support, host train-the-trainer workshops, and continually monitor learning measurement results in order to close any gaps pertaining to the customer’s learning experience.

  Key job responsibilities

  • Serve as the single threaded owner of global PXT Academy learning delivery experience.

  • Collaborate cross functionally and globally with PXT leadership, customers, learning designers, business partners, and PRAD to deliver the right number of high-quality learning sessions to meet business penetration goals.

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify and close skill gaps among facilitators; collect and analyse Kirkpatrick Level 1-4 feedback to continuously enhance and tailor the delivery experience for our customers.

  • Champion and communicate success stories across the business and in partnership with senior leaders to continually reinforce volunteer involvement with PXTA serves as a talent engagement mechanism and professional development opportunity that provides exposure across business lines and geographies.

  • Partner with learning logistics and communication team members to ensure robust planning and contingency planning mechanisms are in place for all delivery engagements.

  • Serve as a role-model facilitator and presenter who is adept at speaking in front of large and diverse audiences.

  A day in the life

  On average this role involves 50% travel, globally.

  Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or Human Resource Management.

  • Experience in PXT field and working with corporate support functions.

  • Experience facilitating classroom and virtual training to L3-L8 audiences.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in leadership development, learning & development, or adult learning theory

  • Manages and collaborates with stakeholders effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English).

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

  • Demonstrated success prioritizing work deadlines, maintaining strong attention to detail, and working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, global organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions in a timely manner sometimes with incomplete information, and working agile as changes arise from shifting business needs.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.

  • Possess a high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Confidence in dealing with senior level staff and ability to communicate in a crisp, concise, and professional manner (written and verbal).

  • Excellent project management and organization skills including a proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results with a strong attention to detail.

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
