The Payments Innovation Team is seeking an Innovation Engagement Manager to suss out problems and opportunities, evaluate implications, develop hypothesis, structure experiments to validate/invalidate hypothesis, and support stakeholders as they ingest the insights and learnings from the innovation process.
The successful candidate is responsible for innovation engagements from inception to implementation. They manage all aspects of the engagement over its entire life including: the initiation, design and development of plan, execution, controls, implementation, and communications. The Engagement Manager assembles and leads the engagement team - usually consisting of internal and external parties - to ensure engagements are completed on time, within budgets, and produce the learnings required to evaluate the engagement hypothesis. This role also actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Designs and plans the full innovation engagement from inception to execution and transition through implementation; defines resources, expertise, and partners required for the successful test of a concept.Assembles and structures engagement teams. Defines and communicates roles and responsibilities across all responsible, accountable, informed, and consulted parties.Executes the Innovation Framework and has an open eye to improvement and evolution to drive trust and credibility for the function of Innovation.Manages external scouting needs to deliver proof of concepts and is responsible for all internal Third Party Risk processes.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management or related field6+ years of experience in Corporate Innovation or related4+ years of Project Management experienceIn lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Corporate Innovation AND 8+ years of Project Management experience or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $86,500.00 to $145,700.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
