Overview
As a Principal Compensation Governance Consultant, you will provide compensation governance consulting for the enterprise and play an integral part of our compensation evolution to include but not limited to; governance design and implementation, covered employee program, Business Unit consulting, and be a key partner with other HR members. Responsible for audits and regulatory response and communication.
This is a remote role in North Carolina
Responsibilities
Work with the broader HR Community teams to ensure compensation programs align with business objectives, are effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent and are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.Evaluates, implements, and manages enterprise-wide compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Directs program delivery and communication with senior leadership and executives. Responsible for the success and performance of key incentive initiatives. May oversee projects associated with change management activities.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10 years business experience and in compensation governance.

High School Diploma or GED and 14 years business experience and in compensation governance.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
