The next generation of consumer-centric marketer, who will help elevate the Member marketing offense for Jordan brand globally. We desire someone who is a self starter, a creative problem solver and a great teammate. You should have a background in, or deep understanding of service and experience based loyalty marketing across both digital and physical channels.
We are looking for someone that can bring the art of creative thinking and can deliver cross-channel solutions to make Jordan membership special. Both art and science, this role requires someone proficient in translating insights into innovative marketing briefs and executions.
This role will require having in-depth knowledge in different Nike/Jordan retail channels, working effectively with different marketing and business functions, obsesses the latest trends in youth culture and ability to overlay consumer and business objectives into new marketing unlocks.
What you will work on:
The Membership Marketing Principal will report into the Membership & Innovation Director to set the strategic vision for the Jordan Membership program. You will partner with the other cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent delivery of the Jordan Membership value proposition across seasonal and 365 workstreams.In this role, you will help develop key pillars of the Jordan Membership program ranging from Member marketing initiatives to Member Lifecycle workstreams. That work will touch Jordan Member Services and curation of O2O Member Journeys and campaigns; driving awareness, acquisition and retention objectives.You will help support the rest of the Marketing team in deciding and tracking tangible Member focused targets and critical metrics as part of the Seasonal and Annual marketing plans.You will also be responsible for planning and driving elevated Member Experiences both exclusive and scaled, IRL and Digital. Additional Member focused content creation responsibilities Globally, working closely with the seasonal and local Geo/Territory/City teams.
You will work with cross-functional digital partners to develop and market new consumer/member engagement capabilities across platforms.

In this role, you will sit in the Membership & Innovation vertical within the Jordan Global In this role, you will sit in the Membership & Innovation vertical within the Jordan Global CDM team.
You will be working cross functionally with other Jordan Global CDM and Geography CDM partners. Building positive relationships and collaborating with Marketplace, Consumer Science, Brand Marketing and Creative teams; these will be critical partners that you'll team with daily.
Another key partner will be the Nike Global CDM Member Marketing team working on Inc. Member program evolution projects.
Additionally you will also get to work with key External partners and Agency vendors on a variety of action items delivering various 365 Member Playbooks and toolkits for Global/Geo partners.
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in brand marketing with at least 1 - 2 years focused on experiential and consumer marketing.Bachelor Degree or higher in marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.Added advantage with past experience working on Loyalty marketing focused on acquisition of new members and driving engagement with existing member cohorts. Deep understanding of Youth culture, Basketball culture, Consumer insights and emerging technology convergence with Modern marketing. Proven experience in managing up, across, and downstream with peers and partners in high profile matrix oriented environments.
