Cornerstone is looking for a Principal Enterprise Solution Architect that will play a key role in driving digital transformation and workplace enablement efforts across a global IT organization. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture and Shared Service. You will be working alongside business and technical stakeholders on the management IT Architecture landscape that aligns with the overall company strategy and goals. To succeed in this role, it will be necessary for you to have a natural analytical way of thinking, a strong collaborative working and communication style, exemplary stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization, and clear sense of ownership and accountability.
In this role you will...
Leverage your experience in digital workplace enablement to design a best-in-class employee digital experience that reflects the needs of the various IT operations and business functions Formulate use cases for generative AI applications based on business needs and ROI profile Partner with the IT SaaS team and business stakeholders to support software rationalization based on specific business needs (e.g., project management, data enrichment, etc.) Collaborate with the IT leads to develop an acquisition playbook that drives scalability through standardization, process efficiencies and reduction in technical debt. Work on the overall IT systems landscape with other solution architects and IT leads to improve performance and better meet business needs Connect the dots between core systems design Work with IT leads on ITGC and compliance related readiness
You have what it takes if you have...
A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field 7+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role Experience with solution management of key Go-to-Market, Finance and productivity applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, Clari, etc for Lead to Revenue, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay functions. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with others to determine, and execute, acceptable solutions Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with problem-solving ability You can operate effectively in a high demand, rapidly shifting / fluid environment. You can bring clarity to ambiguous situations and simplify processes and messaging Exemplary written and verbal communication skills including the ability to concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
