This position is on the Business Strategy team who operate as the department SVP’s Chief of Staff. It handles very critical, high-exposure and time sensitive information, and is expected to have regular interfaces with officers across the organization. This individual is responsible for serving as an internal consultant across the department and cross-functionally, conducting detailed analysis to evaluate emerging opportunities and risks.
Responsibilities
Presentation development and updates for various senior internal and external audiences
Ad hoc strategy & analysis work that cannot be easily done or found (looking at research, analyzing P&Ls); This also includes research, compilation, and analysis of results across the organization, in support of business goals, to share progress and identify trends.
Collaborate on and, in some cases, manage business-wide programs and special projects. This includes business case development, getting buy-in from executive leadership, sizing business requirements, flawless program execution and measurement.
Initiate, develop, and implement data-driven business cases, including new partnership evaluations. Run and improve effective strategy performance tracking ensuring that strategies are performing as expected and feeding back learning’s into strategy and / or policy changes in a timely manner.
Facilitate sessions with senior leaders to set long-term vision and corresponding short terms objectives and strategies. Collaborate with teams to follow through on business priorities and visions to deliver customer and business value through new marketing initiatives.
Establish and build strong effective working relationships with a range of business partners where an in-depth understanding of related business activities and their impact upon portfolio performance is essential. Act as a liaison with internal partners to ensure cross-functional alignment so that internal customers succeed with their marketing needs and investments.
Identify and explore new approaches, data sources, and processes to support improvements to existing and new marketing opportunities. Prepare and present new strategies and subsequent performance to business heads and executives in both informal and formal environments.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
6+ years of experience in Communications, Project Management, Analysis, Research, or related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
