Job Description What You'll Do
Lead requirement discussions, document, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional business requirements.Develop Requirements and Traceability Matrices, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.Utilize data tables, create source-to-target mappings, and illustrate processes through diagrams. Deliver technical writing artifacts following Biogen SDLC procedures.Apply best practices from IT Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrids).Collaborate with application development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and provide strong support during the build process, overseeing development and assisting in system testing.Oversee Change Management, identifying and addressing business process touchpoints.Define user experience, ensuring functional and user-friendly solutions.Facilitate UAT, define test scenarios, plans, and scripts; assist in issue resolution.Act as the single point of IT contact, identifying IT requirements for launches and ensuring successful execution, including coaching junior colleagues in IT launch teams.Develop a cross-functional launch reporting framework, engage with functional partners, and outline/track program budgets, reporting financials to portfolio management.Articulate key risks, dependencies, and scope tradeoffs, driving effective changes. Required Skills
3- 5+ years of experience as IT business analyst or in IT project management-related roleExperience as BA with commercial CRM applications: Veeva CRM, Salesforce preferredExperience as BA with MDM, reporting tools nice to haveHybrid of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plusExperience in a required environment, Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry is strongly preferredBachelor’s in information technology preferredSelf-motivated, team player, well-organized.Demonstrated success in cross-functional resource teams.Ability to prioritize and work independently. Effective communication of technical components in both technical and business terms.Proven oral and written communication skills.Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
