Overview
Join the highly talented Platform BSA team in Intuit's Customer Success organization. You will be responsible for driving new live service initiatives and platform capabilities which are the most complex in our ecosystem. You will help drive our new innovations with end-to-end accountability to ensure that we execute with high quality. You will mobilize teams in customer success and beyond to deliver new initiatives. Executing new initiatives is hard, they require a village, you are the village leader rallying teams to execute end to end.
We are looking for leaders for whom operations is a towering strength, who have deep experience kicking off initiatives and landing them on the ground. You are an athlete who will wear many hats and work across teams to deliver tangible outcomes. You will engage senior leaders in highly matrixed organizations, consistently show a bias for action driving execution and above all, delivering delightful experiences to our customers.
What you'll bring
A very strong systems thinker capable of facilitating the cofiguration and requirements of software application capabilities to achieve speed and scaleDemonstrated ability to put pieces together at a detailed level; understand how systems connect and how processes connect with systems. Understanding of how people and processes interact and how platforms operateOperational excellence mindset with a proven history of delivering services and operations efficiently at large scale with speed, certainty, and security5+ years of experience working as a BSA in a software development or operations team within a technology-driven or quickly evolving supply chain organizationKnowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processesStrong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem solving) Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft ProjectKnowledge of programming languages, databases, and business intelligence tools is a strong plusDemonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence and develop strong partnerships at all levelsMaturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this roleUndergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
How you will lead
Be accountable for the delivery of live service experiences and capabilitiesLeverage your operational systems, processes, and technology knowledge to deliver new experiences and operational rigor for new servicesIdentify and champion requirements for the product management team to build the requisite software systems, facilitate solution design, and develop and execute test plansAnalyze and document business processes and deliver operational efficiencies by driving process automation and re-engineering initiativesDrive cross-functionally to ensure Intuit is ready to support innovations operationally.
