In this role you will leverage your experience with business consulting, project management, and operational expertise to strongly partner, collaborate and consult across HR, HR centers of excellence, various business units, and the Belonging, Equity, and Impact team. You will play an integral role in driving and facilitating cross-functional development and coordination of the strategic and tactical elements of the UKG BE&I strategy. You will provide recommendations for business processes, programs, and tools/resources across the company.
Essential Function and Responsibilities
• Lead BE&I data-driven initiatives to influence Senior Executives and Leaders on global BE&I strategies and align enterprise goals with key performance indicators and outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive BE&I action plans and solutions to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent while promoting a culture of belonging.
• Based on the BE&I BU action plans, recommend ways to operationalize BE&I tactics governed by the Global BE&I Strategy including:
o Providing consulting to key stakeholders across the HR organization as well as
business unit leaders to support UKG BE&I goal attainment and demand plan
execution.
o Gathering and sharing insights on the latest industry trends on diversity, equity,
inclusion, and belonging leveraging UKG partnerships where applicable.
o Partnering with key stakeholders on business unit listening sessions, learning experiences, and other initiatives that drive empathy for all intersectional groups.
• Develop and present monthly/quarterly reporting to BU Leaders, showcasing progress towards enterprise goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate BE&I strategies into enterprise programs and initiatives
• Provide guidance to Leaders on BE&I scorecards
• Share best practices and knowledge on BE&I related topics, talent strategies, and ways of working.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of work experience overall; 5+ years in a consultant/project manager role within Consulting, Talent Management, and DEI&B space.
• Experience effectively developing actionable strategies, frameworks, and implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging tools, and processes across the internal enterprise in partnership with core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, and HRBPs.
• Experience presenting and influencing at all levels across the organization from executive leadership team, business unit leaders, Employee Resource Group leaders, and global cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications:
• Must be a strong teammate and possess skills in the areas of influencing, operations, and innovation
• Experience with, and passion for, bringing a company's values and behaviors to life by developing strategies/tactics pertaining to DEI&B intersections including gender, ethnic/cultural, identity, and generational intelligence
• Confident, and passionate about building and maintaining positive relationships
• Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while executing initiatives and maintaining a positive results approach
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak and present internally and external at various levels
• Understands and effectively handles complex group dynamics and ambiguity
• Proficient in Visier, Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $137,900- $170,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,900- $ 170,000 per year.
