　　General Responsibilities:

　　Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as neededPlan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentationPartner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project deliveryForge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitmentsIdentify ways to improve and streamline business processExhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the workDemonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomesDemonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demandsDisplay strong consulting and collaboration skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem solving and influencing skillsWork experience achieving results

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree or Military experienceAt least 3 Years Project Management experienceAt least 1 year of experience using SQL for basic queries and scriptingAt least 1 year of experience with Excel and Google Sheets with knowledge of Vlookup and FormulasAt least 1 year of experience in risk, controls and auditAt least 1 year of experience working with software development teams

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Masters / MBA degree5+ years of Project Management experience3+ years of technology project management experience1+ years of Jira experiencePMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
