WHAT YOU''LL DO
As a solution-oriented Principal Assistant (PA) you'll work with minimal direction to support several Principals & Partners.
You will proactively assume responsibility for your stakeholders' agendas, prioritizing effectively to ensure that the consultants we support have what they need to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients.
YOU''RE GOOD AT
Principal Support
Proactively manage and coordinate daily schedules across several time zones and ensure Principal is fully briefed and organised
Manage and coordinate complex travel and related logistics including Visa and Passports to the best efficiencies and in accordance with BCG policy
Schedule client, case team and administrative meetings, and manage all associated logistics
Support Principals commercial agenda, understand case & client requirements
Serve as a vital point of contact for case teams with regard to Principal''s calendar and Logistics
Manage requirements and provide administrative support as directed by Principal
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients
Supporting Principals Cases
Serve as a vital point of contact for case teams with regard to Principals calendars and logistics
Manage requirements and provide administrative support as directed by Principal

Assist with minor visual edits to slides as directed by Principal
Complete ad hoc case team administrative duties
General Administration
Filter correspondence and calls
Maintain electronic filing systems and client databases
Submit and reconcile timesheets and expenses
Complete ad hoc administrative duties, including support to some PL lead case teams as required
Provide backup support for EAs when they are on leave
Continuous Improvement
Streamline administration work to achieve the best efficiencies
Participate in internal committees and contribute to office efficiencies by providing backup support where appropriate
Provide inspiration and knowledge share across the broader Operations Cohort
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Prior experience as a Team Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting several senior executives; experience working in a professional services firm advantageous, but not a necessity
Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience; you're highly responsive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time and project management skills; you have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once
Organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our client work
A strong intellectual curiosity; you're a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture
Adaptability and flexibility; you thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment bringing open-mindedness and positivity to challenges
YOU''LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
