The InfoSec team leads the strategy, policy and programs for information security company-wide. Our responsibilities include risk management, customer trust, recommending and implementing security controls, preventing and detecting security threats, and handling incident response. We do all of this in a globally distributed company, thinking differently about how we best achieve critical information security objectives.

What you will be doing:Providing the vision, leadership and industry expertise to evolve Elastic's Identity and Access Management program and roadmap, in close collaboration with Engineering, IT and business partners.Working with the latest technologies to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions for human, service, and machine access to cloud-based infrastructure and applications.Driving the implementation of automated, scalable, distributed processes for the provisioning, deprovisioning and modification of identities, roles, and entitlements.What you bring along:Proven experience as an IAM Principal/Architect, IAM Technical Lead or similar role in a global, technology-focused organization.Experience designing and partnering with implementation teams on enterprise-wide Zero Trust Architecture, using technologies such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, HashiCorp Vault and similar in a "from anywhere, on any device" context.Experience implementing and supporting an Identity governance framework (IGA).Deep understanding of security frameworks and authentication mechanisms.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate IAM concepts and strategies to executive and technical levels.Familiarity with cloud-native environments (e.g., containers, Kubernetes), API-based microservice architectures and SRE/DevOps practices.Familiarity with Enterprise applications (NetSuite, Sailforce, Workday, etc.).Double Bonus points if you have the experience above in a growing SaaS company!Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People
