Principal Product Delivery Manager III
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Princ Product Delivery Mgr III, you’ll be Responsible for leading all aspects of the development and implementation of the most intricately complex initiatives and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Tracks software delivery end to end from original concept through production launch and beyond. Monitors and drives delivery by implementing Agile project management best practices using project tracking tools and systems.
WHAT OUR PRINCIPAL PRODUCT DELIVERY MANAGER III ENJOYS MOST
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Responsible for leading delivery of approved initiatives on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
Leads capacity planning, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, conducting quality reviews, and managing functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Advises on planning documents that are complete, current, and appropriately maintained.
Ensures alignment through appropriate communication with all stakeholders in the delivery of the work effort being managed.
Proactively meets with the internal customers of an assigned initiative to provide status updates and reporting and to gather related feedback.
Strategizes recommendations to drive critical decisions.
Sponsors implementation of timelines and quality of third party vendor and internal project deliverables.
Identifies and communicates risks throughout each phase of delivery and partners with technical leadership to develop mitigation strategies.
Mentors the development team on delivery management best practices.
Understands metrics for team performance: dev complete to prod cycle time, outcomes delivered vs. commitments and adjust team direction to optimize as needed.
Uses Agile delivery practices to maximize team output and team realization of committed outcomes, improvement of customer experience, and optimization of business value.
Responsible for facilitating meetings including Agile team ceremonies, status reporting, and communicating and eliminating blockers.
Coaches and grows the team in Agile delivery practices.
Responsible for release management and release communications.
Understands and applies the principles of risk management to accelerate delivery time.
Creates and owns increment and sprint plans and outputs applicable to their specific team.
Adheres to the Program and Portfolio standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
‹ Delivery management experience - 10+
‹ Experience working in an Agile software development environment - 8+
‹ Experienced in intra team collaboration and conflict resolution, communication across platforms and with stakeholders
‹ Extensive experience with release management responsibilities
‹ Extensive experience with conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
‹ Extensive experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tool
Education:
‹ Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Skills:
‹ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of business users in a professional manner.
‹ Extensive experience with collaborating and building team consensus when interacting with both the leadership and the implementation teams.
‹ Multi-disciplinary expertise, as scrum master, agile coach, product owner, project manager, release train engineer, business analyst while enabling flexibility of team structure and providing efficiencies that reduce overall team role count and expenditure
Abilities:
‹ Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
‹ Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
‹ Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics
‹ Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
