Are you ready to be the driving force behind our portfolio's success? We're seeking a skilled Pricing- & Tender Manager to lead the charge in implementing and executing our pricing strategies, ensuring our products reach their full potential in the market.
As our Pricing- & Tender Manager, you'll take the helm in managing end-to-end tender processes, steering negotiations, and maximizing revenue and profitability for our portfolio. Your expertise will establish, maintain, and manage our tender tools, ensuring meticulous documentation and timely submissions for optimal outcomes.
Your role involves creating and deploying pricing calculators that adapt to market changes, reflecting shifts in pricing strategies. Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers and various departments, you'll analyze market trends, evaluate competition, and co-create effective pricing structures to maintain our competitive edge.
You'll play a pivotal role in tender preparation and submission, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Your strategic analysis will not only shape our tender approach but also contribute to the development of tools for national portfolio adoption tracking.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market conditions.Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies for competitiveness.Lead end-to-end tender processes, ensuring accurate and timely responses.Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal standards.Collaborate with Key Account managers to implement contracts in hospitals.Analyze data to evaluate pricing strategies and provide insightful reports.Work cross-functionally to align pricing with overall business objectives.Identify and mitigate risks associated with pricing and tender activities.Drive continuous improvement in pricing strategies and related processes.Lead efforts to maximize returns from our pricing strategy. Who You Are
The ideal candidate has a solid background in pricing management, negotiation, and tender management within the pharmaceutical industry. You have a proven trackrecord in developing and executing successful pricing and tender strategies. Additionally, you have a knack for innovative thinking, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong understanding of local pharma industry requirements.
Qualifications Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Professional certification (as mandated by geography)Bachelor’s, Master degree preferred, preferably in business, sciences or Health EconomicsLocal territory language knowledge a must; proficiency in English desirable5-8 years of pharmaceutical/health care related sales experience, preferably in specialty salesProven and sustained track record of reaching and exceeding sales goalsPreferably experience in field of NeurologyExperienced in value based solutions design and executionPreferably has a deep understanding of tender and pricing management and proven project management skills.Consistently meet behavioral and reporting requirements Additional Information Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Proven experience (5+ years) in pricing management, negotiation, tender management, or a related role.Proven experience in developing and implementing successful tender and/or pricing strategies.Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferrable.Fluent in Dutch and English; strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver compelling presentations to executive audiences.Training in meeting local pharma industry requirements.Execution of successful negotiation trajectories with multiple stakeholders.Proven experience to think creatively and develop innovative tactics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
