About Pricing Specialist - Truck Tires US

  Job Description

  Support Truck Tires US in establishing target prices for products (New Tires, Retreads, and Digital Solutions), services and sales channels, leading and executing the Pricing actions quickly and effectively. Manage and maintain pricing analysis for the Truck Tires US market. Develop and deliver competitor pricing analysis and conduct price structure analysis for the replacement market. Collaborate with the marketing & sales teams to ensure competitive and transparent price actions in order to optimize profitability. Coordinate with Programs Management to provide intelligence and support from the pricing expertise and needs.

  -Frequent analysis, proposals and validation of pricing strategy including price policy, discount level, channels discounts, brand strategy. Keep updated with latest market information to support decisions. Analyze the market, identify opportunities and develop recommendations to maximize overallprofitability for all truck tire product lines. Process to include both sell-in and sell-out analysis at the dealer and fleet levels.

  -Promote integration and agreement for pricing strategy between Controlling, Marketing and Sales areas. Validate pricing (discount) exceptions. Coordinate the process of updating the dealer, fleet, service price lists with the SAP pricing analyst team to ensure deadlines and sales needs are met. Support the development of the US Dealer Marketing Programs on a regular basis.

  -Develop and implement Pricing processes and tools, in order to ensure efficiency and assertiveness for decision making for Truck Tires in US, looking for competitiveness and gains in sales, revenue and profitability.

  - Define best price positioning between different sales channels, looking to maximize profitability internally and externally (vs competitors). Develop and manage competitor price data collection processes through the field sales force ensuring data that is collected meets the internal compliance policies. Drive recommendations for price adjustments based on market and competitor information.

  -Monitor the market through the creation and maintenance of analytical reports, identifying opportunities and provide appropriate agile immediate/one-off actions as well as pre-planned for right opportunities per sales channel, territory, brand or SKU.

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years in diverse Marketing & Sales or Finance Functions.Microsoft Office Skills (Power BI and/or Excel)Excellent communications and presentations skills.Excellent data analytics skills.Strong planning/organizations skills.Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.
