　　Responsible for supporting the Category, Pricing, and Promotion teams with expert knowledge of their Pricing and Promotional tools to drive the Brand's strategy.

　　Recipe for Success - What's "in store" for the roles:

　　Act as direct support for the Banner Pricing & Promotions Analysts and Pricing Teams including Promotion execution and Merchandising planning,Responsible for in tool promo structures and timelines in Promo Advisor, DemandTec Promo/PE i.e. LGC, MSP, Ad Runs, New Store set upWorks independently with high level of initiativeWorks on high complexity data and entry problems that require a deep knowledge of the systemAct as Price and Promo System authority and support (Revionics, DemandTec, Promo Advisor, MSP, mainframe, etc)Collaborate with banners and vendor solutions providers to gather, identify and prioritize business needs for technology solutions.Lead technology projects affecting price including assessment, selection, and implementationPartner with Process Improvement and CS Change Management functions to ensure successful roll-out of updates and new toolsAct as central point of contact between Banners and IT as well as vendor solution partners to lead integrations, updates (version control), and issue resolutionMinimize cross banner impacts of changes made to systems or data needed by BannersAct as use case authorities to help banners best apply tools to meet business needs

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Equivalent work experience3-5 years of related experience including Promotion development & execution, project management and leadership experienceWorking with multiple stakeholder in person and virtually is core to this roleDistilling the needs of many teams to build standard and best practices for training and future state.Influencing and guiding groups that you do not directly supervise
