About the Role
The Pricing & Projects Operations role is a strategic position dedicated to help the Delivery Earner & Marketplace team in crafting the future of our pricing strategies. This role involves close collaboration with Product and LatAm Central Ops teams to drive product rollouts and lead additional critical initiatives aimed at improving the marketplace.
What You'll Do
Influence the Product teams and partners with data-driven analysis and propose solutions, so they can develop tech that properly addresses earnings issues.Proactively search for new features or improvements that could enhance the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measure their impact, and collaborate with Product and Ops teams to implement product launches in LatAmMaintain regular communication and provide timely updates to key stakeholders regarding product launches.Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders across operations, product, customer support, policy, and legal to scope, test, and implement initiativesCoordinate projects with our cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools.Build and manage relationships with local and global partners, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings and insights to assist the decision making process.Create & Optimize Process - We need to build and constantly optimize our marketplace processes to ensure that we are striving for an outstanding operation and economics.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of work experience in business consulting, operations, product or project management.Strong Project/Program management experienceAbility to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standardsExcellent business judgment and phenomenal communication skills.Strategic alignment, able to bring key stakeholders across functions togetherAbility to foster collaboration and facilitate teamworkData-driven decision mentality through strong critical and analytical thinking, as you will be dealing with data (reports, experiments, pricing models) and scaling processes.Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel and/or SQL/Python skills.Experience with data-based decision-making - exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.English proficiency
