Pricing Operations Analyst will be an integral member of the EMEA KCP Finance Pricing Operations team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse existing pricing processes, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements. Pricing Operations Analyst will be responsible for delivering KPIs and adhering to company guidelines. You will have an opportunity to grow in the Finance structure, supporting external and internal customers. Your role will be an integral part of the Team, allowing the whole Finance Team to achieve financial goals and lead the world in essentials for better life.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Customers, Sales Team and other KCP Teams by developing strong and open relationships, allowing quick and efficient information flow and issue resolutionProactively manage the day-to-day requirements for own Customer portfolioSupport Customer Master Data process (e.g. fill out MD form, update forms for existing Customers, request to block/reactivate Customers, etc.)Support Direct & Indirect pricing process (e.g. SAP SD pricing conditions input)Support Sales Team with pricing requests (e.g. fill out customer pricing documentation, download pricing list for a Customer, indirect price reporting etc.)Process charge-back claims (including credit/debit notes creation, discrepancies investigations, audits, accruals & settlements) in various formats and respond to relevant queries (e.g. sending requested documentation, reporting, archives maintenance)Work closely with Senior Analysts regarding rebate pay out calculations, process rebate payments (including credit/debit notes creation, accrual adjustments & settlements) in various formats and respond to relevant queriesUtilise Kimberly Clark systems (e.g. SAP, CRM Salesforce, Customer Portal, Integrity) on daily basisCooperate with internal departments - Credit & Collections, Customer Service, Deal Desk, Regional Finance Manager, Sales Support for effective query resolution (e.g. price disputes, late payments, new customer creations etc.)Generate reports for various stakeholders (e.g. turnover report, price list report, charge-back report)Investigate price queries, deduction queries and reclamation coming from Customers and Customer facing TeamsActively provide feedback and process information to follow Continuous Improvement principlesProvide training to Customers and Sales Team on relevant Kimberly Clark systems and processesPerform ad-hock tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Skills and Experience
Experience in Finance / Customer facing team is a plusYou're a learner, always looking for a better way to do things, willing to speak up when you believe in an idea.You also have a good understanding of SAP knowledge is a plus (MM, SD, FICO), and good MS Office knowledge, Excel in particularYou are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and team spirit who know how to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.You're a university graduate with a degree finance, or a related area is a plusYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets.You are Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.You're a learner, always looking for a better way to do things with the ability to meet strict deadlines and working under pressureMinimum B2 English level and Minimum C1 level in Dutch language is required
