Our Credit Product Management team focuses on enhancing both the client and banker experience and evolving our product set to support our client's growth and success. Our Product Managers will support and drive the delivery of our credit product roadmap. We partner with relationship management, risk, credit, operations, legal, compliance, and other key partners across the bank to understand our client needs and deliver products and experiences to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
Pricing management is a set of strategies, processes and capabilities that help businesses optimize their pricing decisions. It involves understanding the competitive dynamics of the market, each business strategy and the cost structure of the business.Pricing management also requires aligning the organization, data, technology, governance, and analytics to support effective pricing execution and performance measurement
As a Pricing Analytics and Governance Manager, you'll manage the loan pricing strategy, governance and analytics for SVB Commercial Bank. You will help the Commercial Bank with improved decision making and agility by leveraging analytics, insights, and tools to monitor pricing performance, identify opportunities and respond to changes.
Support the proprietary software / tool that produces loan pricing recommendations, including but not limited to governance, configuration, development, improvement, etcBuild effective reporting templates and analysis capabilities to aid in communication across different stakeholders (including but not limited to performance measurement)Work with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Finance, Treasury, Credit Risk, Quantitative Modeling team to ensure pricing and capital models are reviewed and modified as needed.Also understand how any changes can impact model outcomes and disseminate any potential changes and impacts to stakeholdersEstablish and execute a loan pricing governance framework strategy across the Commercial Bank (including but not limited to business unit policies, procedures, escalation processes, creation of a leadership steering forum, etc.)Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine pricing strategies based on growth goals, market trends and competitive analysisCommunicate results to senior leaders with thought leadership, actionable insights, including facilitating pricing steering committee meetingsCompetencies:

This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or (HS Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant Experience)7+ years in Consulting, Product, Finance, Pricing, Data Science, Analytics, or Reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degreeExpertise in using tools, such as Excel and SQL, BI tools, to retrieve and interpret complex data and provide insightsPrevious experience working in a pricing governance and analytics program or pricing strategyExperience with pricing modeling a plus
