The Pricing Business Analyst (III) leads multiple pricing projects and processes. This staff member partners directly with the Lines of Business and other Centers of Excellence to ensure Pricing practices are aligned with operational goals. Job Responsibilities
Project/Process Management ? Lead multiple Pricing projects and processes. Ownership of ongoing Pricing processes, like competition data management, partnership with LOB for ongoing Pricing achievement, or production management of regular field recommendations may be typical assignments.Client Relationship ? This is an internal position that will interface with LOB in many instances. There will be opportunity to be part of broader client meetings as opportunities arise. Analytics & Reporting ? Reporting on financial performance may be part of tasks, including pilot/product pricing performance, or tracking vendor price and cost trends.
Additional Responsibilities:
This staff member?s primary duties will include managing projects and processes requiring independent judgement with respect to matters of Pricing activities throughout the organization.Ensure all Pricing operations are in-line with the overall Pricing team structure and philosophy. Work to align LOB specific operations into overall COE activities to leverage scale and accountability.Provide coaching and guidance to operators on Pricing-related issues, including field support, Pricing tool management, and development activities.Partner with the LOBs to ensure field operations are utilizing and achieving their Pricing objectives.Collaborate with other COEs to further integrate Pricing activities and processes into the overall Aramark data eco-structure.Partner with key stakeholders to create value alignment and efficiencies for all Pricing processes.Implement and monitor Pricing processes and procedures in accordance with corporate directives.Lead and facilitate activities that will drive pricing activation and compliance.Conduct analyses and provide recommendations on strategies and action plans for improved processes and results.
Qualifications
Experience ? 1 - 6 years of experience in corporate business settingsEducation ? 4-year college Business or Technical degree requiredImpact ? Accurately listens and interprets interpersonal cues, persuades based on facts and reasonComplexity - Recognizes alternatives and patterns in the marketplace, applies understanding of business principlesCommunication - Builds relationships based on understanding and meeting customer/client needsKnowledge ? Takes initiative, objectively monitors plans and projectsLeadership - Provides immediate support and feedback, accurately assesses and addresses developmental needsJudgement ?
