The Boeing Estimating team in Everett, WA is looking for a Pricing and Offerability Analyst (Experienced or Senior) to support Pricing and Offerability (P&O). As a member of the P&O Team, the analyst will lead the development of estimates to support invoicing and sales teams through data collection and estimate development. Also, this deal works to analyze markets and set pricing for new pricing strategies.

The Ideal Candidate will:
Be able to engage and provide guidance to a cross-functional team from Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop estimates that quantify the impact of late changes to the airplaneBe able to utilize available data from the manufacturing process, financial systems, and cost-models to develop a comprehensive summary of impacts that is packaged in a clear and concise manner to support settlement with customersBe expected to recommend improvements to the P&O processes, tools, and metrics
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the development of P&O estimates from data collection to estimating methodsAssists with compliance, policy and procedure development, and development/deployment of systems and toolsCreates pricing strategies for invoiced features

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Estimating and Pricing and/or Procurement Financial Analysis3+ years of experience working with databases, data collection and preparation, and data interpretation3+ years of experience with Financial Data Analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrategic pricing experienceExperience working in a Sales environmentPossess strong prioritization and analytical skills
Typical Education & Experience:
Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range Level 3: $78,200 - $100,500
Summary pay range Level 4: $98,600 - $126,350
