C.H. Robinson is looking for a Pricing Analyst like you! In this role you will process and provide modal pricing for complex business opportunities, working closely with our network of offices, corporate shared services, and additional pricing resources to deliver competitive solutions for our customers. As a Pricing Analyst, your responsibilities will include loading customer pricing and commitments into multiple C.H. Robinson platforms and acting as the pricing owner for each opportunity. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to coach teammates and commercial stakeholders on the end-to-end pricing process. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the incoming work queue by taking the lead in managing the opportunity vetting board, addressing network troubleshooting requests, and responding to additional email inquiries.
Coordinate, complete, and respond to complex daily pricing requests in alignment with assigned due dates for new and existing customers.
Review bid materials to grasp requirements that could influence pricing guidance.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing the timeline to ensure timely bid submissions.
Perform site administration for certain websites based on opportunities, collaborating with commercial stakeholders for document downloads.
Ensure quality assurance of submitted bid rates, award verification, and final rate uploads to the Bid Ecosystem and system.
Assist commercial teams in comprehending and interpreting award management reporting (PowerBi) to ensure accurate reflection of awards.
Communicate and develop rapport with key business stakeholders and the branch network, aiming to comprehend customer and account team expectations concerning submitted pricing and received awards.
Create a higher quality and performance culture.
Support identified process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Minimum 2 years previous experience in operations, customer service, and/or pricing preferably in logistics
Bachelor's degree in the Supply Chain and Transportation field OR equivalent commercial experience
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Display strong communication (written and verbal), time management, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities.
Preferred :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Commercial experience in logistics
Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively to influence and partner
