Job Description The Analyst position will be a member of the Global Interchange Team supporting all geographies in evaluating global deals, supporting Visa Direct enabler deals, and performing compliance for Visa registration programs.
This in an individual contributor role whose main focus will be supporting the development of global deals, supporting the implementation and ongoing review of these global deals. Additional activities will include supporting registration programs.
This role requires querying large databases to obtain the data necessary to evaluate different interchange opportunities, building financial cost-benefit analyses and models to determine impacts for issuers, acquirers, and Visa using VisaNet data, and make recommendations to management.
The position requires the ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems, and quickly arrive at recommendations that drive corporate priorities. The Analyst will report to the Senior Director, Global Interchange.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 98,000.00 to 125,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
