We're actively recruiting for this key, high profile role in the company because we have experienced tremendous growth and would love for you to join us!Visit us at:About the Job:The position of Pricing Administrator will have primary responsibility for managing day to day rating processes, rate entry and formatting, and system troubleshooting within Truckmate. Works effectively with internal team and customers to address and resolve rating issues.Job duties and responsibilities as shown below may be changed from time to time by management, and/or Odyssey Logistics. We make changes from time to time to maximize employee strengths, provide for additional growth opportunities, and improve on overall company performance.Work Schedule:Monday through FridayShift hours 8:00am - 5:00pmIn This Role, You Will:Responsible for managing and maintaining rates and charges within the system database.Setup contract charges and rating capabilities within system database.Identify, document, and troubleshoot system rating issues and/or bugs.Respond to Billing, Sales Representative, and other department inquiries regarding rating and system rating configuration.Receive, investigate, and answer emails/queries from internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner.Review and take the necessary actions to ensure resolution for known system issues and bugs.Use problem solving skills to identify and resolve rating issues, or work with the IT technical resources to ascertain a solution.Work with the sales team to craft/create contract friendly rates that align with the system rating processes (when possible); In cases where this cannot be applied, outline the rating issues and provide a detailed rating SOP to the Billing team for invoicing.Engage in internal projects and testing as required.ALL OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.Qualifications:We recognize not all applicants have every skill or qualification to match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!Required:Knowledge of ocean industry information preferred but not required.Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Truckmate experience required.Mathematical ability including multiple computations to arrive at pricing which meets percentage profit targets.Excellent oral and written communication.Ability to work independently within corporate policies and procedures and established guidelines.Demonstrates attention to detail, ability to solve problems, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and strong listening skills.Has professional demeanor when communicating and working with employees, customers/vendors, and all relevant departments.<
