  The Opportunity

  Delaware North Gaming is seeking a President of Gaming and Entertainment to develop and execute the strategy for our casino and online gaming business. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in a global business that includes regional casinos, poker rooms, mobile gaming, sports betting, social casino, and distributive gaming in the US and Australia. As the President of Gaming and Entertainment, based at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, NY, you will shape the vision for Delaware North's global gaming business, driving profitable growth and effective investment in our current and future assets and contracts.

  Responsibilities

  Drives profitable growth and effective investment in the current and potential contracts/assets on a global basis, ensuring long-term success of the business

  Leads the vision and strategy for the Gaming business with particular focus on major revenue and profit streams, client, and consumer requirements as well as new business opportunities, product and concept innovations and competitive advantage

  Sets, recommends, and implements business strategy, short- and long-term objectives and goals; develops presents and accomplishes approved annual plan and provides leadership for senior team

  Makes leadership decisions including all issues related to the effective capital expenditures and investment, business operations, talent and human resources, and contract/asset acquisition, retention, and new revenue streams

  Builds and maintains key relationships with clients, partners, political communities, and industry to ensure Gaming is positioned effectively in the marketplace

  Builds a high performing team and fosters a culture of trust, mutual dependency, curiosity, continuous improvement, and innovation

  Uses KPIs and various tools to monitor and measure team member engagement and retention; develops and adjusts actions plans to address opportunities for individual and team development that improve both engagement and retention

  Participates in enterprise-level issues strategy, opportunities, decisions, and support as a member of the Delaware North senior leadership team

  Qualifications

  Minimum 10 years of experience in an Executive or Senior Management role in Gaming/Entertainment (casino) industry experience required

  Prefer leadership experience in a large public or private company with over $800 million in revenue

  Extensive experience with team and client relationship management in a complex matrix-driven leadership structure

  Expertise in marketing and customer services strategies specific to the gaming industry

  Possess a deep understanding of gaming laws and regulations, as well as the ability to navigate and comply with them

  Ability to travel up to 50%
