About the Team
As a Presales Enablement Lead, you'll play a key role on the global Presales Strategy & Enablement team. You will be part of an organization that directly impacts our sales and business success. This team is passionate about growing Presales skills, improving career opportunities, and teaching about Workday's outstanding technology.The Vision of the Presales Strategy & Enablement team is to provide Presales with best-in-class strategic demos and enablement for all levels within Presales.
About the Role
Please be aware that this position is part of our FLEX work philosophy, and will require 50% in office time. Candidates will need to located within a reasonable commute distance (up to 50 miles) from a Workday location.

In this role, you will:
Analyze
Role ramp-up progress and identify the biggest gaps for Presales
Skills/Enablement gaps in Presales and align tightly with Presales Leadership to evaluate their needs vs what has been delivered
Effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc
Develop/Support
Develop courses and enablement to support role ramp up, tenured SC development and new products/offerings
Update existing courses/enablement for new products/offerings and identified gaps from Presales
Support and develop content tracks for Presales Events
Coach/Teach
Teach demo/sales skills by developing scalable training that can be delivered to your specific Presales persona
Mentor and instruct new Presales workmates on aspects of the product that are needed for demo success
Mentor and shadow Presales workmates through the certification process
About You
You are passionate about helping others achieve success. You have a vision and you are effective at coordinating, designing and delivering on that vision. You bring your passion for learning, Presales, and technology to every interaction with your team and your partners. You love to explore new ways to make learning effective, easy, and fun!
Basic Qualifications
10+ years in Human Capital Management software5+ years in an enablement, Presales, or delivery role supporting the sale of Enterprise Software5+ years in a presales role or implementation services
