  Required Skills and Experience

  15 years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.

  Proven ability to create Mainframe Managed Services technical solutions.

  Experience in supporting sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development.

  Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, IT operating models and IT financing.

  In-depth understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

  Excellent customer and presentation skills.

  Fluent English
