Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Creating and maintaining strong relationships within book of business
Develop complete understanding of dealership needs
Problem solve and collaborate with all areas of a dealership, while understanding the business aspects of each department
Communicate clearly program’s progress and opportunities with stakeholders by conducting regular account reviews, sharing metrics and insights to ensure maximum value.
Successfully onboard Kornerstone customers by training them on the available tools, determining how Kornerstone can help them meet their objectives, and creating a plan based on their goals.
Provide feedback loops and gather actionable insights to inform the product roadmap and improve our internal team.
Identify and manage business opportunities, contribute to content and process improvements to continually improve the customer experience.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Project management abilities
Must be able to travel 50% of time
Proficiency in Excel/data analysis is required
Knowledge in SQL is preferred
Effective communication skills
Self-starter and ability to prioritize and execute critical tasks
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
