Trainer will support PreAnalytical functions in the Northern Subdivision including Holyoke and New Britain, MA.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (12:00pm - 9:00 pm) and alternating Saturdays.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with the onboarding of new employees as well as initial training to ensure a positive new hire experienceProvide on-going group and individualized training for purposes of work performance enhancement and general educationDeliver training in the areas of company and department policies and procedures, department related competencies and Lab Information SystemsDevelop and implement appropriate resources and programs to accomplish training objectivesEvaluate and update existing training materials and plansServe as a procedural and compliance resource for department employeesSupport leadership with their goals in relation to quality and service metricsAssist with the creation of improvement plans for underperforming employeesMaintain accurate logs and records for all trainings conductedProvide training with respect and professionalism at all timesAssist with the workflow during times of high volume or when coverage is neededMay travel to client sites and other branches to assist in trainingResearch industry related information when necessaryAdditional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentAssociates or Bachelor's degree is preferredMinimum 3 years of relevant experiencePrevious training or leadership experience is a plusStrong communication skills; both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and time management skillsProven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceFlexibility to travel throughout territory for training purposesComfortable working under minimal supervisionBasic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and clean driving record
