Position Summary
Provides administrative support and assistance to the Milan Office Partners, Associates and Trainees.
Duties and Accountabilities 1
Prepares documents in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. Performs administrative functions including, but not limited to, the preparation of written correspondence and documents using in-house and external style documents. Manages the calendar, schedules appointments, meetings and conference calls and arranges for complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries. Keeps client contact details and lists up-to-date. Reviews and prepares bills and expense reports for travel and entertainment. Submits vouchers for payment. May also prepare and track personal expense information. Assists with the preparation and distribution of monthly reports to all partners and Firm management. Maintains effective and accurate filing systems (both for hard copy and electronic documents). Prints, prepares and collates papers ahead of meetings. Attends trainings as required to keep up-to-date with firm-wide procedures
