Role: PPE Category Transformation Leader, NA
Location: Roswell - North America
PURPOSE:
To provide leadership and guidance in development and execution of Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) PPE business transformation initiatives for growth. The role will work closely with product category, marketing, customer experience, and channel marketing teams.
The role will play a critical role in leading transformation initiatives to deliver faster profitable growth for our PPE brand of KleenGuard™ and Kimtech™ in North America with a vision to double share to towards Elevate 2030 with margins of 40%+ through development and deployment of optimal value proposition via portfolio strategy, positioning, claims & selling story (including product content)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The major responsibilities of this position are:
Leads and develops the vision and strategy for transformation working closely with the global teams across all PPE categories of gloves, apparels, respirators, and eyewear. Building and execution of these strategy working closely with NA cross functional teamsWorking closely with Customer / Segment Marketing teams to execute consistent experience for customers such as marketing for specific customer segments, brand assets, partner in persona and customer journey maps, development of content and messaging that resonates with each segment.Support campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, and traditional channels. Counsel business leadership to ensure innovation and growth strategies are aligned with the Global KCP growth strategy. Embed long-term strategic thinking into on-going business processes.Build PPE marketing fundamentals - including partnering for differentiated and winning portfolio for target segments.Drive consistency in processes and practices for all brands across the PPE category.Business Strategy Development & ImplementationPartner with global category team to continuously refine the new product launch strategyManage third-party relationships including integration partners to deliver improvements in stability, user experience, and ROI.Lead new launch continuous improvement processes.Gather feedback from customers and internal and external stakeholder/usersWorks with marketing team to prioritize and optimize omnichannel marketing strategy to deliver seamless and impactful in market execution.Business Process Optimization & Commercialization - Develop and monitor standard work and SLAs for all processes
The candidate for this position must have a good understanding of:
B2B businesses (PPE category or highly regulated category preferred).Strong understanding of marketing and business strategy.Business / commercial acumen - understanding of market dynamics, customer and segment knowledge and P&L management.
In this role, the candidate will need strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive change:
Skilled in working in a global matrix organization, motivating, and managing change and collaborating across functions.Building internal and external alliances.Ability to use financial and market data to interpret and gain insights from analysis to determine needs, insights and build solution. Ability to use data storytelling to influence decision making.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Economics, or Strategy with equivalent experience. Graduate Degree (MBA) Highly preferred15+ years business leadership and knowledge of PPE market, with a demonstrated track record in the following skill areas : digital, technology, marketing automation, data analytics, customer relationship management platforms, marketing, strategy, omni-channel, and demand generation.Resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunitiesBrand and/or category development - customer Centric brand building (portfolio, value proposition, innovation /renovation)Building & sustaining complex stakeholder relationships across all functions and through all levels in an organization to ensure seamless integration and flawless execution of marketing and business plans.Driver of transformational change and new product development / launch
Strong skills and experience with
Relentless focus on driving impact, while building a network with internal stakeholders through a collaborative working styleBringing structure to ambiguous problems and deriving insights from data and informationOverall project management experience - ability to deliver results against set expectations, timelines, budgets, etc.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of catering a message appropriately for a given audience.Engaging and collaborative approach; enjoys working in a team environment.Ability to manage and influence without authority various stakeholders / customers.
