We are seeking an accomplished Powertrain Calibration Engineer with Technical Expertise & Method Engineering with a robust background in both Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) or Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a validated experience in the automotive industry, coupled with sophisticated knowledge in Inca, MDA, Matlab, Simulink work environment. This role necessitates a profound comprehension of engineering principles, materials, safety laws, and an unwavering dedication to driving the evolution of automotive powertrains.
Responsibilities
Development of new development methodologies that meet either to new functions or to generate efficiency or quality on tests.
Support and training of the development teams in the roll-out of new methodologies.
Facilitating feedback between various development teams and the design teams
Identifying needs for further development
Specification of the needs in analysis tools associated with new methodologies.

Qualifications:
5-10 years of confirmed experience in Powertrain Calibration, Transmission Systems or Vehicle Integration
Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace) and IC in electrical, mechanical or controls engineering
Proficient skills in Inca, MDA, Creta, Concerto, Optisim work environments
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong background in the relevant field of work
High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
