Power BI Administrator

　　Position Description

　　CGI is looking for an Experienced Power BI Administrator required to oversee the creation of apps for viewing reports, visualizing data and interfacing with service leads to tune these visualizations to meet their needs in Cleveland OH, Dallas, Tx, & Pittsburgh, PA. Create an EISO Power BI App for viewing reports. Visualize data stored in various locations as reports from EISO solutions within PowerBI. Work with Service Leads to tune visualizations to meet the needs of the service leads. Create relations in a database between related files for each application.

　　Power BI Report Builder, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, SQL Server

　　Required qualifications to be successful in this role

　　• 5+ years' experience as a BI Developer or related experience with significant experience in hands-on technology delivery roles.

　　• Data analytics background with experience in developing use cases, deep understanding of managing data and generating insights through visualization.

　　• Background in custom build experience using Power BI Report Builder, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio designing Power BI data models; including writing complex DAX, SQL queries and implementing role level security.

　　• Experience in working with large datasets to build data models for analysis. Ability to understand data modeling, data schemas (normalized, flat, star, snowflake, etc.), query optimization, query profiling and query performance monitoring tools and techniques.

　　• Experience with workflow management and pipeline tools

　　• Ability to build processes that support data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependency, and metadata.

　　• Great numerical and analytical skills

　　• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

　　• Demonstrated flexibility to manage resources to plan, including effectively handling spikes in demand.

　　• Expertise in Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services

　　• Strong agile/scrum development experience

　　• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams

　　• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 - $165,300."
