Work Location: Hybrid at the Minneapolis, MN Assessment Clinic Position Summary The Postdoctoral Fellow position at Ellie Mental Health is a 1-year with option to hire, full-time clinical position that prepares trainees for licensure as a psychologist in Minnesota. Under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, this position provides quality psychological assessments and testing services to child, adolescent and adult clients, with the option to also provide therapy services within Ellie. What will you do? Under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, provide psychological evaluation including Select and conduct initial diagnostic assessments Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments Write comprehensive reports of test results Provide feedback in a competent and timely manner Completion of 4 assessments per week to maintain full-time status (with option to do combination of assessment and therapy clients) Consult with and provide support to clients and their families by use of work email, phone calls, etc. Keep accurate documentation of client information including intake documents, session notes, progress notes, test results, and treatment plans Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, or vocational development and adjustment Refer clients to specialists, institutions, and/or support services as necessary Consult with or provide consultation to other clinicians regarding client care Learn, adopt, and apply the core values of Ellie Mental Health Attend supervision (2 hours weekly), consultation groups, and trainings provided by Ellie Mental Health. Qualifications Candidates that have previous experience with evaluations for autism spectrum disorder Completion of doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program Declared licensure track in Minnesota with active pursuit of LP licensure (full license not required) Compliance with respective board rule related to pursuit of licensure Evidence of high level of professionalism and strong clinical acumen Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries Ability to engage with others in a culturally responsive, trauma informed, respectful and welcoming manner What we have to offer you: Flexible hours + work location (you control your schedule - ya know, the way it should be!)
