Posting Summary | The incumbent will will design projects and experiments, carry them out and analyze the data, write manuscripts . He/She will perform experiments on thier own with minimum supervision. It is expected that there is data outcome on a weekly basis. Design project and experiments. A candidate should be relatively independent in designing experiments. Paper submission is expected in one year. Write manuscripts: being able to write initial drafts and organize figures. Be able to work under the PI's supervision to re-write manuscripts as suggested in a timely manner. |

Physical Demands and Work Environment | |
Overview | Think independently about long-term project and be able to come up with your own ideas about these projects with minimum supervision. It is expected that a postdoc will introduce new and innovative ideas to the lab work, often without any suggestions from the PI or other lab members. Intensive work with current literature is a must. Design short-term and long-term parts of the project and experiments on your own. Be able to interact with the PI and under his supervision make changes in the experimental design in a timely manner. Being able to work independently with minimum supervision and being able to train and supervise undergraduate and graduate students |
