About this role:
As a Learning & Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving potential building initiatives, ensuring that our P&O Services team remains at the forefront of HR service delivery excellence. You will collaborate closely with P&O leaders and professionals, understand the unique needs of our department, and design tailored learning and development programs to bridge skill gaps, drive performance, and propel our HR services into the future.
This role is ideal for someone with a tangible understanding of HR service delivery, a passion for professional growth, and an interest in creating impactful, results-oriented learning experiences.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Collaborate with departmental leaders and teams to identify skill gaps and training needs specific to HR service delivery.
• Develop tailored learning and development programs based on identified needs, ensuring content relevance and alignment with the department's goals.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning events, either directly or by coordinating with external guides.
• Design and implement evaluation methods to assess the efficiency of training programs, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
• Digital Learning: Leverage e-learning platforms and tools to scale and enhance training delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends in online learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in P&O service delivery and L&D, ensuring that the department remains at the ground-breaking.
• Build and maintain relations with internal customers to ensure learning initiatives are well-received and coordinated into daily operations.
• Foster a culture of clarity, collaboration, and commitment, ensuring adherence to what we value and company standards.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
• 7+years of experience with Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on HR service delivery or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern L&D tools, platforms, and software. Experience with e-learning platforms is a must.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate effective training sessions and workshops
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness, understand departmental needs, and recommend strategic L&D initiatives
Desirable Requirements
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the latest trends, challenges, and standard methodologies in HR service delivery.
• Project Management: Proven experience in leading L&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
• Vendor Management: Experience in selecting and maintaining relationships with external training providers and consultants.
