　　Our Portfolio Fulfillment COE Specialist will focus all activities providing the necessary support to our Gas Power Americas on pre- and post-contractual administration & management and not limited to the Terms & Conditions of the contract and the Management of claims.

　　Also involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. Also involves definition, management, and execution of contract of risk modeling activities estimating processes and activities to support tenders and project reviews.

　　Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution.

　　The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

　　What Impact you'll make:

　　Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned Contract/Customer Portfolio -Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management to assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction.Assist in sales lead and campaigns for new contracts and Proposals.Actively collaborating and communicating with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams function as liaison between internal stakeholders for all organizations and customers to achieve the desired outcome.Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose/discuss different solutions outside of set parameters with the senior Account managers, stakeholders, and leadership.A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent would provides informal guidance to new team members.

　　What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6-8 years of experience relatable to contracts, finance, project management.A min. of 3-5 years of "Field Services/or Industry related experiences

　　For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $92,400 to 120,600.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.

　　This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus.

　　*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
