About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager - Pool and Beach Operations to join the team of Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Supervise workflow and Service Sequence during pool and beach service hours, offering hands-on support as necessary for efficient operations.
Monitor cashiering procedures to maintain compliance with standards, conducting spot audits as needed.
Address guest feedback and complaints promptly, following procedures for guest satisfaction and complaint resolution.
Utilize guest recognition strategies, including maintaining an epicure to capture guest details and history for personalized service.
Collaborate with F&B management to identify operational improvements, updating or adding/deleting SOPs as necessary to enhance the pool and beach outlets.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training, guidance, coaching, and counseling to team members.
Emphasize the importance of team activities and their contribution to department objectives.
Identify and address team competency needs through training and support.
Maintain accurate records of colleague information, attendance, daily briefings, cleaning schedules, budget reports, and more.
Support menu planning and maintain market study records of the oulet.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, German, Arabic or French) would be an added advantage.
Previous experience of a minimum 1 year in a similar role within a hospitality brand, including knowledge of safety measures, weather-related considerations, and overlooking various beach and poolside outlets.
A basic understanding of budget management, cost control measures, and revenue enhancement strategies specific to pool and beach areas.
