Job Description
This role involves responsibility for managing day-to-day accounting and compliance activities of the Poland Legal entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for certain Polish and US GAAP accounting activities and the local reporting impacts, including delivery of local GAAP financials, local compliance reporting and business partnership with service centers, different Finance groups, external Accounting firms and Global accounting group.
This role will report to the Poland Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day accounting of Poland's Legal Entities, maintaining and analyzing the ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reportsThe role covers local Statutory and Regulatory Compliance together with supporting US GAAP accountingEnsuring the accurate compilation, measurement, analysis and reporting of accounting dataInternal and external stakeholders management and driving requirements with external auditors and relevant government authoritiesPartnering with other business groups - Treasury, Tax, Ops Finance to understand the technical accounting issues and provide accounting recommendationsSupporting global accounting initiatives as part of a wider International Accounting organizationLinking and supporting locally with Site Management
Qualifications
Main Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Corporate Finance / Controlling (Master's degree is considered an advantage) or qualified Accountant equivalent1 - 2 years of Finance experience with focus on AccountingRobust technical accounting knowledge and application of Poland Statutory Accounting GAAP, US GAAP and regulatory principlesSystems aptitude, knowledge and practice in Excel and other Office systemsGood written and verbal communication skills, both in Polish and EnglishSelf-learning capabilities and ability to work independentlyGood business partnership and excellent teamwork skills

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
