  About the Team :

  Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent project management skills who is ready to learn and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions across cultures and time zones to join our team.

  Responsibilities :

  - Developing comprehensive and deep knowledge across Monetization Integrity business;

  - Building close relationships and efficient communication channels with all cross-functional partners;

  - Working as the SME of the specific strategic level domains / projects / topics, defining the strategy and roadmap, and driving execution;

  - Facilitating cross-functional stakeholders to understand the context and business strategy, align the priority, commit to the roadmap and owners, and deliver high-quality results;

  - Driving business operation efficiency continuously.

  Qualifications

  - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.

  - 6+ years of experience in fast-paced organizations. Internet and/or management consulting experience preferred.

  - Extensive direct project management or related work experience and aptitude for managing & analyzing data.

  - Experience managing the strategic planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.

  - Experience managing large scale global projects and following through the entire project life cycle.

  - Demonstrable people / stakeholder management experience both directly and leading on project teams.

  - Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones.

  - Ability to identify and solve complex problems.

  - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and identify trade-offs.

  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
