State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Transformation Office is seeking a skilled and proven Program/Project Manager, Vice President to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
What you will be responsible for
Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projectsCoordinating cross-project activitiesLead and evaluate project managers and other staffDevelop and control deadlines, budgets and activitiesApply change, risk and resource managementAssess program performance and aim to maximize ROICoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risks; resolve projects' higher scope issuesEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationManaging other project managers

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.10+ years proven related experience in project or program management.
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $167,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
