To support this critical initiative, the Semiconductor Advanced Packaging Materials and Capital Procurement team is seeking a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Procurement Manager with deep expertise in Procurement and Operations with management experience. The Supply Chain Procurement Manager is tasked with the design and management of the day-to-day Procurement operations and team supporting Factory Materials Procurement. Responsibilities include:
Direct management and development of Supply Chain Procurement professionalsSuccessful execution of procurement processes to support inventory optimization through supplier performance management for factory procurement operations.Close collaboration with Intel supplier account teams, end-users, and suppliers to effectively articulate, prioritize and minimize risks and execute opportunities across the supply line.High sense of urgency and high context knowledge to ensure uninterrupted supply for factory partnersPrepare for growth and complexity of future factory roadmaps and new technology readiness through partnerships with Planning and Factory PartnersAssume responsibility for data accuracy and controls throughout the procurement process, meeting partner aligned metrics and goals.Identify, develop, and implement procurement capability improvements aligned with Supply Chain Transformation and optimized to deliver tangible value to Factory Partners.Develop the organization to continuously increase process capability and performance as measured by cost, quality, availability, and velocity.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager with supply chain transformational experience. Key skillset: a combination of business acumen, technical depth, organizational savvy and networking capabilities including exemplary communication skills to get results across multiple groups and disciplines.Candidate should show strong Influencing capabilities outside of direct responsibilities.Demonstrable experience driving complex business deals from conceptions, through negotiations to contract closure and supply ramp, including collaboration with engineering, legal, finance and supply chain operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
AND 6+ years of relevant experience in any combination of the following: Supply Chain Management, Operations, Direct Procurement, Inventory (materials), people management.
OR
Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field,
AND 3+ years of relevant experience in any combination of the following: Supply Chain Management, Operations, Direct Procurement, Inventory (materials), people management.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
