　　Edge and Cloud Video Division (ECVD) is responsible for advancing Intel's leadership in the creation and delivery of compelling visual experiences from the Edge and the Cloud, enabling the full Intel product portfolio for visual workloads. The team works in a matrixed environment across Intel to define a competitive CPU/GPU/XPU roadmap for visual workloads and delivers platform and software innovations to make it easy for Cloud, Telco, and Broadcast customers to deploy exciting visual experiences on Intel platforms.

　　We are looking for a stellar segment manager for edge media to drive innovation and momentum with our customers and partners. Our flagship project is the Converged Edge Media Platform that aims to enable our customers to deploy multi services at the edge with the best TCO and infrastructure efficiencies. The segment manager will manage all aspects of Converged Edge Media Platform along with driving strategic focus on various media use cases at the edge. The role includes leading a senior level cross functional group, leading innovative solutions, managing revenue and investments, engaging with customers, and identifying and executing on all key segment deliverables.

　　The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications listed below in order to be successful:

　　Problem solving - willing to navigate through uncertainties.Willing to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of developers, marketers, customers and subject-matter experts.Defining product marketing strategy to customers and Intel sales teams and represent customer and/or market needs to engineering teams.Conduct competitive analysis, market research and develop global go to market strategies.Multitasking in a dynamic environment, be able to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities.Strong influencing skills and ability to generate insights and present out to key stakeholders are highly preferred.

　　Qualifications

　　What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):

　　Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar field with 8+ years industry experience, including the following:3+ years' experience in guiding customers and partners in product marketing and business development capabilities.5+ years' experience managing large scale projects and tending to every aspect of the project. Cross-functional leadership skills highly desired.5+ years' experience producing complex marketing and technical content to customers and executives to the technology industry through whitepapers, blogs, and other marketing assets.

　　How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications):

　　MBA highly preferred.Familiar with media workloads and use cases.Experience with understanding Edge computing and Edge infrastructure.Knowledge of CSP's and CoSP's deployment models.Familiar with virtual machines, containers and cloud concepts including Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.Familiar with public and hybrid cloud concepts.

　　Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00

　　*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

　　Working Model

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
