Job Description

　　We are looking for a reliable and skilled maintenance mechanic. As a general maintenance mechanic, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the operation and safety of the facilities. You will perform repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance on Valves, HVAC, boilers, etc. 50% of your time will be preventative maintenance tasks and repairs. The other 50% you will be monitoring utilities, responding to service calls, getting equipment back up and running and troubleshooting. You should also be able to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and adhere to health and safety standards. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 3-5 years of experience in maintenance field or related field

　　* Knowledge of facility equipment in Mechanical and utilities such as valves, HVAC and boilers

　　* Valid Driver's License and Highschool Diploma or equivalent

　　* Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

　　* Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and soldering equipment.

　　* Computer skills * Maintenance experience in hospital or assisted living facility setting.

　　* Experience with infection prevention

　　* Proficient with computers as they will be working on Building Automation systems- Metasys. null
