As a Planner Point Guard, you will be responsible for working closely with the DC flow teams to create waves, providing steady and timely movement of work supporting each functional area. Working with Nike Marketplace Operations to prioritize outbound orders to make delivery commitments. Provide daily updates regarding order pool health to management teams. Escalating concerns when service metrics are at risk and make suggestions to reduce impact. Working with members of DC operations, outbound traffic, and inventory control teams to resolve issues associated with customer orders. Researching and replying to order inquiries from Marketplace Operations teams. Working with various teams to systemically create expedited orders and ensure orders are waved on time to deliver to customer's expectations. Managing and creating multiple reports daily to ensure manage service metric performance. Communicating closely with other wave planners, providing updates for shift handoffs. Creating, updating, and managing WMoS wave rules to properly build waves.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's Degree and 1-year relevant work experience or Associates degree and additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Other Microsoft skills preferred Experience in WMoS or other WMS systems
Knowledge of SAP preferred (edited)
